I have an error showing Email Address is not found after i clicked on the proceed to checkout button for my $20 Bill Rebate . Please kindly assist me. Thank you
The message mean that your email in your Hub iD profile is missing &or not correct.
Do log in to Starhub.com or My Starhub app using your Hub iD.
Go to your account profile.
Ensure the email stated is correct, by re-input and save, log out.
If you amend uisng Starhub.com then this time log in to My Starhub app using your Hub iD.
Do check your profile is it is correct or not.
If it is correct, then you can go back to redeem.
Do note that there is the confirmation of your redemption as sucess.
If not, then it may be the system issue.
Do write to forum staff with your personal details to look into this issue of yours.
Please submit and provide with the following information;
Registered subscriber name, NRIC/FIN number, Mobile number, and any other details;
