I can log in to starhub page with my hub id and password. However when using the same hub id and password, I cannot log in to reward page, it prompt me wrong user id. I am sure I type it correctly. Pls assist.

I'm having the same problem as yours. Starhub deleted my account and told me to recreate again, but it doesn't solve the problem!

Starhub IT team mess things up when they revamp their website?
Can Starhub email me my bills instead so that I do not need to log in to access my bill?
