Ok I will unfortunately I didn’t get the screenshots but now I’m taking screenshots. Quite annoying to do and tedious but what else can I do? Disappointing. Also, please train your staff better. They need to tell customers that a 18 dollar physical top card is actually 18 credit and 2 bonus credit rather than 20 credit stated at the card. The staff assure me it’s 20 credit and it’s not correct. 2 credit is not usable for purchasing any plans or data. So please tell them because they are misleading customers
