any1 know how can i register under my name , i go StarHub center for 3 times , the counter person don't let me change to my name . I'm willing to port over as pre-paid or post-paid line .

how am i going to do as the sim card is a old type of sim , pls advise

Hi a4Alvin, transfer of ownership for prepaid mobile service, the subscriber has to be present together with the you, in order to proceed. This is for verification purposes, which our shop colleague will not be able to proceed if the subscriber is not present. - Simon

if I'm not wrong , the owner is my Thai ex-GF ,which we already not together more then 10 years .
So now my concern is , can i go to starhub center to a transfer of ownership .
Or do u have any way to do a transfer

The transfer of ownership by regulatory bodies requires both subscribers to scan their documents again at our retail stores. So we'll not be able to change this process for you.

 

Do consider signing up for a new number in your name so you can transfer your contacts over.
