Currently my wife is looking to get a new handset and renew her 2 years plan.
Due to system glitch (acknowledge by help desk), she was unable to check out her order for "iPhone 11 Pro Max - 512gb in midnight green". Help desk then ensure her that they will help her process the order on monday, 16 Sept, as the assisting team only works on weekday.
As the weekend passby and Monday arrive, no call back was done and we have to make another call to starhub.
From there, everything just went south. The help desk deny the fact that they can secure the order for my wife and even say they can't trace the call.
Kindly can someone please review the calls (since all calls are recorded) and provide a swift resolution to the matter.
I hope that starhub can honour their promise and deliver the phone to us on the 21 Sept.
