I am in South Korea and am using Starhub's Happy Roam Prepaid card. However, about a week ago, I got about $7 deducted from my account and after writing in, I was informed that I was connected to an unknown network even though I had already set my network to the one suggested. I was requesting for a refund but haven't gotten any responses. And now, the remaining balance in my account has again been deducted. Have I been connected to an "Unknown Network" that I don't even know of again?
If you are considering getting the Happy Roam Prepaid card, I would highly recommend you not to. It has caused me nothing but distress even though I'd chosen to get this card in the hopes that it will be more convenient for me, which is not this case at all.
