I am in South Korea and using StarHub's Happy Roam Prepaid card. However, about a week ago, I got about $7 deducted from my account and after writing in, I was informed that I was connected to an unknown network even though I had already set my network to the one suggested. I was requesting for a refund but haven't gotten any responses. And now, the remaining balance in my account has again been deducted. Have I been connected to an "Unknown Network" that I don't even know of again?
