I am in Vancouver now and I can't roam. And my main balance is somehow deducted about $20. Can someone help me? Thx
Hey Harsun, for the $20 dedcution, I will not be able to assist you since I do not work for Starhub.
For roaming, if you already have the data plans (balance).
What you need to do first is to deactiave your roaming services.
You can either perform this via the Starhub Prepaid APP, under roaming.
Or I suppose you can dail *123*333#
