May I know whether the prepaid card requires data balance for it to work? I'm unable to connect to the StarHub server in which I am unable to see my expiry date and etc.
There are several reason you are unable to use prepaid mobile data.
(Note: Not in order)
Either option 1 or 3 for info on prepaid.
1. To find out your prepaid status, dial *123# <press> Call.
1.1. There are several options; check your balance; buy Data Plan & Status.
1.2. If there is not enough money in the "Main Wallet" &or Data plan is used, it may send you an sms.
2. Go to Setting in your phone, and at Mobile network, ensure you have the correct APN, Access Point Names, selected "SH Data Prepaid"
3. Most of these services are available in the "Happy Prepaid" app.
3.1. Login and wait for the sms on the pin number on the prepaid phone.
3.2. Below are all the services available.
3.3. To enjoy 4G, you need to select "VAS" and Activate 4G Booster.
3.4. To Buy Data, click and select /activate your preference plan.
3.5. Do make use of this "Happy Prepaid" app as most services are available.

Yeah. I am unable to make a call or register to a different network. I tried using various APN but it didn't help me in any way.
