Not able to activate my new Happy Prepaid SIM card. Tried many times & ways, with & without additional SIM card (my phone is a dual type). Do i have to return to the place i purchase the SIM card? Thanks in advance.

We have resolved the technical issue. You should be able to use your card now. Please reboot your handset to see if you’re able to connect to the network and start using the services now.
