usually after I bought a data plan when going Malaysia, there will still be some data left over. So I will try to use up as much as possible before expiry date to prevent wastage of data. However, today I realised that the Starhub prepaid app just deduct almost all my balance credits.
Shouldn't the app should just prevent me from using any more data if my previously bought data plan expiry date/time is up, rather than SNEAKY deduct my balance credits without my acknowledge? Is that a proper practice of doing business from Starhub? In fact, this has happened twice.
I hope Starhub can give me a proper explaination and solution to this problem. Thanks.
