The NRIC / FIN provided does not belong to a valid customer

I am a new StarHub prepaid user.

 

After creating the StarHub account, I am setting 

The NRIC / FIN provided does not belong to a valid customer error while linking my FIN with the account. Please help.

Hi,

 

Are you using Starhub Prepaid SIM card.

Then you have to download Starhub Prepaid App to your phone.

This is to manage your Prepaid account.

The PIN required to login will be send via SMS to the Prepaid phone.

 

The Hub ID is for Starhub services on mobile postpaid plans and including broadband & TV services.

Please use the Starhub Prepaid app. Search for the prepaid app.
