I have a prepaid sim card. I tried to buy a $15 30-days data plan online today but it was unsuccessful at first. Then, I tried again and the successful message showed up. And the prepaid app showed the activated data plan. However, the main balance for my number is very strange as it goes from zero point something to $30 something.
Could any starhub people help me confirm the amount I have paid and the plan I have activated today? I suspect a bug in the prepaid app or the system. Thank you for your help.
