I tried to buy $15 data package which is equivalent to 2.4GB internet data. System Issue happened at Starhub side and it was credited as main balance. The WORST thing is that it deducted $9 right away although I didn't do any streaming or heavy usage. My $15 was totally wasted and I reported to Starhub but Starhub didn't even admit there was the system error or didn't sincerely apologize for their mistake. Besides, there was no responsibility taken for this issue yet and my $15 value is still gone.
First of all, I would like Starhub to admit for their system error and apologize to the customer. In addition, Starhub must give me back 2.4GB data as it was an obvious mistake from Starhub and not my fault at all. Hope this kind of big telecom industry like Starhub won't ignore that much for customer satisfaction and will take responsibility for their system error.
I would like to hear back ASAP.
