Hi Starhub,


I've added $10 to my prepaid balance (to  my current $20 balance) - but when I try to connect to *123#, it says I'm "not registered on network"


How do i get around this?

Just to confirm that we can still recover expired numbers for up to 30 days after expiry date. However, our previous credit balance will be forfeited. If you want to keep your balance, please remember to topup by expiry date.


Tried this myself and today found that my credit balance of $10 was gone. What an expensive experiment Smiley Sad
