Prepaid woes

Purchased 50 prepaid card. First there was 49.85 credit. Not sure where 15 cents went right for the starrt. 

Also previously if purchased 30 days of data, it will extend the current data by 30 days but now it seem it doesn’t. It just adds on top of the current data with no date extension. It wasn’t this way before, I could buy another 30 days before the data expired so I never had a data gap but seems it has changed making the 30 day time period for data obsolete if it doesn’t add 30 days onto the current one. 

Basically I have to wait for the data to run out now???
