Prepaid free bonus credit $3

Hi. Got it after topping up $20. May I know what can I do with it? It seems useless to me. Thanks.

Those bonus credits can only be used locally and also has a validity for 30 days. Please head on here http://bit.ly/2svI4l3 to check out more details on that.

Hi univsn

Bonus Credit differs for top-up denominations and location/channel of top-up. You may refer to the top-up bonus page for more details via the Happy Prepaid App.

Sorry don’t understand your answer. It costs $0.59/day under value added services for “free” incoming calls. My question is whether the $3 bonus credit can be used for that?

Re: Prepaid free bonus credit $3

Does this include incoming and outgoing calls while roaming, or just local calls?

To clarify, bonus credit can be used for local incoming/outgoing calls and SMSes.

Re: Prepaid free bonus credit $3

Hi

I wanna know how does the bonus balance work. I've a bonus balance of $0.06 and I made a local outgoing call but the bonus balance of $0.06 wasn't deducted and only the main balance was deducted for this local outgoing call.

Please explain.
