Prepaid Card : "Not registered on network"?

Hi, I have a prepaid card that isn't expired. I have checked my SIM card manager and it registers the SIM card as Starhub. However, when I try to make a call or send a message I receive the error "Not registered on network". I am also unable to receive calls and SMS.

Does reinstalling the Prepaid APN using the Happy Prepaid App, restarting your handset or placing your SIM Card in another handset help resolve this issue?
