My mum's prepaid card just stopped working, tried putting the SIM into another phone, however there is no still no network connection.
It seems like the card just "died". The SIM card has been in used for at least 10 years. Do I go into any Starhub shop to get a replacement? Are there any fees involved? There is at least 15$ balance in the sim card.
You can proceed to any of the StarHub shops to replace the SIM card. Do note that the value inside may not be retained. - Ha
