This morning restarted my device, and the 4G is back. Will give it a day or two (by reboot device randomly) to see the 4G sticks or not.

For those who are affected, maybe give ur mobile a reboot/restart. Your 4G might be there already Smiley Happy

Later will go top-up credits to show support to Starhub Team for their helpful response.

Thanks once again to everyone who helped on this case, will report back if the issue arise again.

Yeah, my 4G is back as well. Will monitoring the connectivity again. Thanks all for the support.

Im also having issue on my prepaid card.now can only connect to H+.2 days ago still can connect to 4g network.

Hi Darkfuneral666, have you tried your card on another device? If it's still an issue after trying that, PM me with your NRIC/FIN and the mobile number of the card.

We note that you are connected to an incorrect apn.

 

On your phone, Go to Settings-> Mobile networks-> Access Point Names-> Key in the following information

 

APN: shppd

 

You may proceed to restart your mobile device and check if the issue still persist.

Hi there,i've already change to shppd and restart my phone but still having issue..

You may have to turn to Airplane mode first.

Once the airplane mode is shown then turn off the airplane mode.

This is to enable the phone to search for network.

Once it identify the network it will activate the settings that you have made.

 

There is also another method.

That is to remove and reinsert SIM card.

This method is that the phone would detect a new SIM card is insert.

This also activate the new setting to take effect.
