Firstly, I had Purchased my happy prepaid mobile data roaming 3.6gb plan.
I have install the starhub setting from the happy prepaid apps, change my apn to shppd; data roaming is on.
When I was in Bangkok, I was able to connect to true move and dtac but unable to access mobile data. I checked with dtac personnel but still not able to connect.
Now, I face the same issue in Miami- able to connect to at&t & t-mobile but no data access.
I used the Simcard in msia, japan & China before and it worked well.

Can you try reinstalling the Prepaid APN using the Happy Prepaid App again, restarting your handset or placing your SIM Card in another handset to see if this helps resolve this issue?

I am able to access to data after I TOP up my starhub main wallet.
However, they are deducting my money in my account instead of the plan I bought.
