Hi there, I’ve been using my Happy SIM for my travels lately and did not face any major issues with it. The SIM card was last used about a month ago and was also topped up during the same period of time, so it is definitely not expired.

I have tried to restart and reinsert the sim multiple times in different iPhones but still having same issue. The Starhub prepaid app on the phone is able to detect the card and displayed the amount left in the account.

I checked it on another phone, OPPO and the Starhub logo is there. So, it shows that the SIM card is working, but just not on my iPhone.

Kindly assist to solve this issue. Many thanks in advance!
