I had top up $20 on 6th April, then subscribe $15 internet plan for 2.4GB, I didn't use much data on that day, then next day I receive a notify message from 7001 which the data balance has become 0 remaining. Then I top up another $20 on 7th April and subscribe another $15 internet plan again without hesitation, I didn't spend much internet data as well but the same problem occur as I receive the message from 7001 again where the data balance BECOME 0 AGAIN!!! The main balance for my mobile prepaid keep deduct the money, I need support team to assist and solve this issue immediately. My phone number is [removed for privacy].
The internet data balance today still remain 0, please provide assistance immediately.
