Hi, I have a Happy Prepaid SIM card that I use occassionally. On the 5th of July, I had approx $9 in credit balance and I topped up with $20 on July 6th.
On the 12th of July, I purchased a 1-day 1 GB data plan for $3. Somehow, the balance mysteriously went from $26 to less than $1 after I purchased the data plan. Thinking there was something wrong with the system, I topped up with another $10. The next day, the credit on the account disappeared again and it shows $0.04 left on the account.
I did not use the account to make any phone calls nor did I receive any, yet somehow over $30+ in value has disappeared from my account. See transaction history below.
Please get back to me on what has happened to the missing credit. Thanks
