I have a Happy Prepaid Sim and had a data only plan that expired a few hours ago.

I had just topped up on Mar.4th with $20.

I was going to buy another 30 day plan but found that my main credit balance of $22.90 had gone to $0 in less than an hour after my previous data plan had expired. I was at home all day so my phone was connected to my home WiFi during that time so my roaming data should not have been used by any apps.

My main credit balance is not supposed to expire until Aug.31, 2019.

 

I see that people have had similar problems. Anyone lucky enough to get their money back?

It may be an intermittent refresh issue. Simply log out of your Prepaid App when it happens and re-log on to check the balances.
