Hi I bought this new happy prepaid SIM card recently and activated on 1st May 2018. I had free 15GB local data which I used locally and did not exceed usage. However, when I travelled overseas to Vietnam, I deliberately switched off mobile data. No phone calls or messages were sent. To be precise, no data was even used. I was using the airport wifi and noticed my prepaid balance depleting from $17.80 to $1.80 then to $0.. How is this possible when no service was used?
