I lost my main balance twice. The first time, I had a bit over $30. I thought I did something wrong, so I ignored it, purchased another data plan, and topped up $50. However, I just found that my main balance dropped from $50 to $5.16, and it's literally been one day. A quick forum search shows that this isn't an uncommon thing to see from Starhub Prepaid. Is there any way I could get my ~$80 in credits reinstated?
The same happened to me! I still had data and a 30 $ balance, and suddenly I'm left with 0.22 $ and no data left. Is there a way to see the data consumption and get refunded in case of a glitch, please?
