I see that this is the number 1 issue with the happy roaming product. I fell victim to the issue as I arrived to HK with $49 gone from my main balance. Hoping a representative can help me as I registered using a US passport.
Also, I cannot make outgoing calls to the prepaid hotline or enter in the support form as the webpage is super slow on the Safari browser and won’t accept my US passport number as the ID associated with the account. Please allow me to PM a representative.
