We have checked and the prepaid number is inactive in our system. Hence, you will need to purchase a new prepaid sim card with a new prepaid number. Thank you
Is there anyway that you can reactivate the SIM card? I’m not in Singapore right now and won’t have access to purchase a new one.
As the prepaid number is inactive, we are not able to reactive the prepaid mobile line. Thank you
