Currently I’m in Jakarta. My StarHub is expiring by midnite tonite. And I can’t access the card because it keeps on giving me No service sign. It happened last year in Dec. and I brought the card to Spore to top up to extend the expiry date.
Then in January, the same thing happened again. I went to StarHub in Plaza Singapura. The customer service turned it on & it was fine for days. Now that it’s expiring, I put it into a few of my phones & it has no service AGAIN. How am I supposed to top up to extend its life? It still has a balance of $43.84.

Simply key in *123*200#, dial on your registered Prepaid mobile phone and select your preferred validity extension period.
