Happy transfer seems successed, but I did not receive

I have transferred 4 times to my Chinese number during 26 Mar-27Mar. But only received 1 of them. And all the money already deducted from my main wallet. Pls help to check what happened between the third party and StarHub? My prepaid number is 94819088. Thanks so much!

I’ve called the Chinese service provider. They told me they only received one transfer request on 26-Mar. What ur words are different. Who should I trust? I don’t think it’s my duty to check what’s wrong with ur two parts’ work integration. Look forward to ur solution. Thanks.
