Saw quite a few posts mentioning the prepaid balance got deducted for no reason.
Facing the same issue here... the balance of the account got deducted.. no online customer support for prepaid line. Only have a feedback option, wrote in but no response from Starhub team. Currently overseas, no support available unless do overseas call and get charged..
