I am one of the many users who bought a Happy Pre-paid SIM and who are experiencing the Outgoing Calls Blocked issue. I cannot switch this off since it asks for a password. I have tried 1234 which results in an error message "Network or SIM card error". Sending the MMI code #330*(new PIN)# doesn't work since outgoing calls are blocked so the code is not sent.
