Hi, I have purchase $32 happy roam prepaid. Upon arriving in UK today, I realised that the mobile data is not working. I have done everything from installing the APN, remove and insert the SIM, switching on off phone and mobile data etc. As it is not working, I will like to request for a refund for the card. Thank you.
