Hi, on Friday I just top up $20, balance should be $23 due to promo but instantly became $16.50 and then became $5.50 within minutes. I have brought a data plan of 1 gb for 3 days. 3 weeks ago, the same thing happened when I have $8.xx in my main balance but it dropped below $6 for no reason.
Also, I have brought a data plan of 1 gb for 3 days 1 day ago and am unable to use it in Copenhagen and Sweden. Can I seek for a refund on the $6 for 1 GB 3 day plan?
