Hi,
I just subscribed to a StarHub mobile plan with an iPhone XS.

I cannot enable the Hotspot despite I entered shppd as proposed below...

What shall I do to make the hotspot work?

What prevents StarHub to have it by default like Singtel and many other companies do?
