Could not activate mobile data network

Hi,

 

I have a data plan that will expire on 29/08 but I have a problem using it these days. I got an error message saying "Could not activate mobile data network. You are not subscribed to a mobile data service".

 

The problem occurred after I returned in SG from an oversea travel trip.

 

Please assist on this. Thank you.

You may have to do one or more of the following methods, in any order:

 

Try to restart the phone.

 

Swap the SIM card to another phone or use another SIM card on your phone to test.

 

Turn on to "Aeroplane mode" and then turn off.

 

Ensure the APN setting is still active and stated as Prepaid.

 

Remove the SIM card and then insert the SIM card back to the phone and power on.

As this may activate the mobile network to search and detect Starhub signal.

Tried all the suggestions. SIM card can be used on another phone for mobile data plan. Not sure about the APN setting, I just reset APN setting but still does not solve the problem.
