Is there someone from StarHub customer service reading this forum? We just need to get someone from either system team, application team or the technical operations team to have a look here to and they will understand what needs to be done and who to get it rectified.

Have you clicked on the bolded words "via Private Message" in Priya's reply?
Cannot send PM to both you and Priya_R. Your names seem to have been removed from the Send-To list. I have no problem sending PM to Eric who replied on this thread.
You can alternatively send a Private Message to our Facebook page so that we can assist you better.
