How starhub or any telco vadidate / justify themself to bill you.
1- Voice call by min is one category,
2- Data pack like whats app call, what app message, wechat call and wechat message, line, viber, mi chat, beetalk , bigo, vimeo, youtube etc.. ALL Apps la. All these consume your data.
3 -Then there is the default message which is text form and you inseet a handphone number to send text over which charges by the message you send as 5 cents or 1cent. (Gods know why is this still here given the technology advancement. In the pastt before app is invented, we sms. ( I refuse to say before sms is what )
So guess what happen to you is. you top up, and you use data, you didnt get a data plan or forgot about it after you ask someone to top up for you. then you whine here. Oh and dont reply if I am right, reply if I am wrong, because I dont take joy to know. But only because I am amuse at how each and every querries such as this or similar to this, Telco dont fix this issue. Well I guess it is a "Happy Problem" you finish you whatever top up thinking the 10-20 dollar can last you but because you dont buy a data pack.
0.0107 cents per KB (kilobyte) is chargeable to to $10.70/ =GB (Gigabyte) to $238/month caps. (this i search but not sure postpaid and prepaid same or not charging)
