I dont know if you guys stored my details or what because no one else corresponded with me in detail since I posted yesterday.
we didnt sign up for this Happyroam PPcard to monitor missing credits! Most of us sign up for it to use as a roaming card not as a local data card... well at least for me. And i'm not hiding I'm a Singtel postpaid user
And yes i'd still like to withdraw that $10 credit out.....its like "credit" for you guys to magically take away every now and then!

Yes you have “refunded” $9 back to me promptly but I want to know what happened. Did I mistakenly used up $9 credits or was there a malfunction in your system.
If it is the later, I DEMAND that I get my credit back as cash because I do not have the time to monitor and do NOT want my credits to go missing ever again.
