2 days ago I top up my prepaid SIM by $20 to bring the balance on my account up to $30.70. Today, my data plan expired, and all of a sudden my balance dropped to $17.90 for no apparent reason because my mobile data was off and I was using Wifi all along. There's no way I should incur charges with mobile data turned off on my phone and using just Wifi. How do I get my mysteriously disappeared money back? Please help!
