I recently moved in the same building from 8th floor to 3rd. My signal for both 4g and 3g is stable on 8th. On 3rd lot of intermittent signal and loss of data. I need to lodge an issue.

Have you restarted your handset or tried placing your SIM Card in another handset to see if this helps solve the issue?
