bill not updated

was offered a waiver on my bill on 13th july by starhub staff on phone call. was informed bill will be updated. until now bill still show outstanding amount.

This is depend on the date of the bill and the date on the wavier.

 

There could be at least 3 working days for this to take immediate effect.

That is if tht bill date is within 3 working days from the date wavier given, it could be updated on the next bill.

 

To further understand better when you will reveived this, you can write to forum staff.

 

Do PM (private message) forum staff to look into your case on this matter.

On top right next to your name click on the Icon and select the Message icon.

As in email format, select >> Compose New Message

In the *Send to; forum staff >>  Amy_Law, Jolene_L     [Note: Do input exactly or copy & paste.]

Please submit and provide with the following information;

Registered subscriber Name, NRIC/FIN number, contact, email.
