the bill is out on the 16th. due date for payment is by 1st May. All 3 lines were disrupted. tried calling Starhub Customer hotline but my number couldnt get through. what is this starhub? coward or what? anyhow disrupt customers lines,then our calls simply couldnt get through. we have emailed to you and make sure call us back since all 3 lines couldnt get through ur hotline! ridiculous!! PLEASE MAKE SURE THERE WILL BE NO RE-CONNECTION FEES DUE TO STARHUB'S FAULT. THANK YOU!!!!!
Have you settled previous bill prior to current bill dated 16-Apr-2017.
If the current bill did not stated that you have paid for previous bill, then this will effectively be suspensed.
There will be about 2 weeks before they generate next bill.
That is to say that we are given an additional 2 weeks after due date to settle the bill, Before next bill date.
Should you have settled your previous bill prior to current bill date, do write to forum staff to look into your case.

Registered subscriber Name, NRIC/FIN number, contact, email.
