i just port in from singtel to starhub. i sign up for xs plan supposingly to have 3gb of data usage but when i check my starhub app i am only allow to use 2gb??? please clarify and rectify this problem.
When you sign-up for any services, there is this "billing cycle period", for all Telco(s).
This billing cycle period do not actually start on the day you had sign-up.
As it may take sometimes for your Account to be processed by the Acct dept, it would be several days later.
To know your actual billing cycle period, it is available in My Starhub App account.
Billing cycle period is based on calender month for charging monthly subscription.
Hence there will be prorated accordingly to the date-signed and start of the first full billing cycle period.
This apply to calls, sms, mobile data.
