I've called the hotline tens of times over the past year and EVERY TIME I'm told that it will be handled and cancelled but I'm STILL being charged for it every month. Last month I called in and I specifically asked for them to notify me once it had been cancelled and I never received another call. Awful service. I demand a refund for the hundreds of dollars I am owed since I first asked to terminate my smart support. Please direct me to the appropriate channels to do so I've just been charged on this month's bill for smart support yet again.
I'm so desperate to put an end to this. I would love some useful advice and help from someone that can actually do something about it. Thank you.
