Hi dear starhub staff,
I would like to request for data exceed waive. The reason is i accidental turn on the hotspot without closing it and i been away from my phone for working without using my phone, when i finish work and notice, it odi consume nearly 18Gb in one day.
I had been using starhub all the while and this is the 1st time i encounter this. So i would like to request for waiver and hope you can help me on this.
Is there anyway to prevent this from happen?
