Ok problem solved.. after talking to CSO and to the mobile tech guy.. they found out that my VoiceHD+ is deactivated..

Yeah.. that's what I told them.. and it's widely reported in their own STARHUB forums.. told CSO that I wanna her to raise my feedback to tech management team for awareness.. and she told me feedback via website feedback channel..
