Hi, read a few posts on this issue, i.e. VoLTE disabled after recontracting... called 1633, however the issue of 4G turning to 3G while making phone call still persist.. able to help?
thanks.. will get them to sw on/off again.. yes its apple.. tried turning on/off data/4G, to no avail..
Called 1633 today again.. CSO said will deactivate and activate VOICE HD again.. however problem still persists.. any suggestions?
Just something that's probably out of the point. but it's worth a try.
1) Reset network settings on apple and try out i did that on mine and worked.
2) Upgrade iOS? For iOS 13 thats a manual option on the phone to off and on..
I suspect its either reset network settings or what. What's the starhub version on your phone? Under about.
There was some known issues on iOS12 with voLTE and was only fixed after iOS 12.3.1
