I appreciate that I have received a $100 handset voucher but when I went down to the the store or even try to do it online to purchase a iPhone XS / Max , I’m unable to do so. Your officer advised me to try online due to there is an ongoing promotion of IPhone in-store. But still, unable to utilise it. I don’t see a point of receiving a $100 voucher if I can’t get the phone I wanted .
Re-contract vouchers and $xxx off handset promotions are mutually exclusive. You may want to choose to take up either offer instead.
